The cookbook is inspired by the world's oldest recipes from ancient Mesopotamia. A civilization Arim, owner of Table of Gods, has ties to through his DNA and the culture he was raised in. That is where the inspiration for the illustration came from!
I had to look at old Mesopotamian art from ruins and recreate it with a more cleaner and symmetrical look. It was tedious but fun and exciting to create something with such significance.
