Design
For the design - we based it on our analysis. We gave the design more personality as well as giving it more of a gear or tool feel to it. This was to attract our new target group but to also keep our current target group.
We redesigned four products as well as to make a dish washing kit to further target younger customers. Products chosen to be redesigned is microfiber cloths, rubber gloves, broom set with metal dustpan, and kitchen sponges.
I was part of the design team in this project. I helped with making illustrations, icons, but was also in charge of layouts.
CONSTRUCTION
For the construction we decided on getting rid of all plastic from all products and use cardboard instead. We also decided to focus on user friendly zippers to not only make the opening experience easier but fun too! Which was part of the cleaning motto of the company, to "Städja med Glädje" which translates to "Cleaning with happiness".
